The GP from Hell

GP Amsterdam was not a good event. There were huge delays such as we've not had in years, and the site was rather too small for 1300+ Magic players. This event made me realize how good the GP organization has become - we run big events and we do it very well. This time, we were doing something that had never been done before, and we were not prepared. Sometimes delays are unavoidable, and players should understand that the judges and organizers are doing their best to fix whatever is causing the delay. But this time players are upset for a very good reason. This GP does not count as a victory.
